Dr. Ioannis Sioulas, MD graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. After completing his studies, he served as a rural doctor in the health center of Santorini island.
He specialized in General Surgery at the Second Surgical Clinic of “EVANGELISMOS” Hospital , where he participated in numerous operations covering the entire spectrum of general surgery. He obtained a diploma of microsurgery from the plastic surgery clinic of the same hospital.
After completing his specialty, he was trained in minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic surgery techniques at the IRCAD Institute in France. He developed his further skills in Laparoscopic Surgery at Nouvel Hopital Civil in Strasbourg. He then went to St. Mark’s Hospital, London, a center specialized in intestinal and colorectal disorders and in laparoscopic colonic surgery.
He practices surgery at “Iasis” Private Hospital in Paphos and he is a visiting consultant in Apollonion Private Hospital in Nicosia.
